Blue Cheese Dip

Using a hand blender, this is really quick to make and great served with an assortment of crudites.

  • 50 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 60 ml créme fraiche
  • 60 ml milk
  • 125 ml mayonnaise
  • pinch each of celery salt & cayenne pepper

Blue Cheese Dip Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and process to smooth with a hand blender. Chill. Serve in a pretty bowl surrounded by an assortment of crudites.

    Hint: To prevent splattering, take care to keep the blade of the hand blender submerged!
