I have tasted many chocolate brownies and these are by far the best I have ever eaten and they are so easy to make too!

Ingredients

Method

Grease and base line a 30 x 33cm baking tin. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C

1. Using a large saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter together. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.

2. With an electric whisk beat the eggs and sugar together for about two minutes. Beat in the chocolate mixture and then fold in the flour.

3. Pour into the prepared tin and bake for about 30 minutes. The brownies will be firm to touch. Leave to cool in the tin and then cut into as large or small pieces as you desire.

Additional Tips

This freezes well or keeps in an air tight container for about 5 or 6 days.
