Description
A bread machine removes the hard labour associated with bread making - I would not be without mine! I like to make rolls, freeze then defrost one each morning in the microwave for breakfast. An enriched yeast dough producing a soft texture. It is possible of course, to use a mixture of wholegrain or wholemeal flour which produces a firmer texture. Ingredients

Method
1. Tip the ingredients in the order they appear into the bread machine (or according to your manufacturer's instructions). Activate the dough programme. 2.Turn the dough onto a floured board and cut into 16 even sized pieces. Lightly knead and shape into rolls then place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
3. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Bake about 10 minutes until they are a light golden colour and sound hollow when tapped. Reviews
