  • RUB
  • 2tbsp ground coffee
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp chilli powder
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1/2tsp sugar

  1. Combine the rub ingredients together and massage into the steaks; allow the flavours to mingle and develop for an hour or so before cooking.
