Peppered Salmon In Southern Comfort Sauce Directions
1. sprinkle cracked black pepper and chopped dill over the salmon fillets, pressing firmly to ensure they don't fall off when pan frying.
2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sauté the salmon, pepper side down, for a couple of minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the Southern Comfort, bubble, then add cream. Pan fry until the salmon is cooked.
