1. Place the rice in a large microwave proof bowl with the boiling water. Cover with microwave film, pierce, and cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring twice.
2. Place the fish in a single layer in a microwavable dish, dot with butter, cover with microwave film (pierced). Cook on high for 3-4 minutes. Skin and flake the fish.
3. Fluff up the rice. Place the rice, fish and prawns in a microwave proof serving dish. Cook for 2 minutes on high. Add the chopped eggs, microwave on high for 30 seconds.
